Your Recovery Can Support Others on Their Healing Journey

On Monday, I did a live stream with a social media group I met in 2018 via periscope.  The topic of discussion for that day was on who I was and this is my recovery.
Expressed in the video, is how my recovery has enabled me to support others on their journey to healing.

I am Trifanya Osei known as Elegant Granny to most as your Restoration Strategist supporting you as you process your traumatic experiences to your healing.

I am also host of Proactive Eye Podcast where we discuss domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, and suicide prevention. .
During my recovery from domestic violence, the top three things I learned that is really important as you're healing are:

1) Peace - helps you formulate boundaries and increase them if need be.
2) Exploring myself more - spending more time with yourself affords you the opportunity to increase your self- worth, self-value, and self-esteem. This is also a time to understand how you process and why you process things the way you do.
3) Support groups - sometimes your energy isn't high enough to keep you on the road to recovery. That's one of the reasons some experience setbacks.

Each of these things are only a start to healing. A lot of work is involved with each so do your best to remember how important you really and how valuable you are as a healed individual in spite of your traumatic experiences. .
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES...MENTALLY

Much love,
Granny 🍷🌺😘
